At just over 96m tall with 25-storeys, VMD Tower B is the tallest office building in Croatia, and one of the most efficient, earning an "A energy certificate" for its green building practices. With 19,800m2 of floor space, consisting of offices, corridors and a gym on the ground floor, our VRV IV ensures the entire premises maintains the perfect climate.
A total climate solution
To achieve the best in climate control and energy efficiency, we installed 57 outdoor units on the roof of the building to serve 685 ceiling cassettes. Using Variable Refrigerant Temperature technology, VRV IV can continually adjust the refrigerant temperature to match heating and cooling demands of the building, while lowering the total energy consumption. By integrating heating, cooling and ventilation into one system, we dramatically improved the building's energy efficiency, lowered its carbon emissions and earned more energy savings.
Our VRV IV is also an ideal system for buildings such as VMB Tower B that need to manage multiple tenants. Through this system, tenants can manage their own climate zone and receive billing for only their energy usage.
